I teach daily classes solely at Basil Yoga Center in Ridgefield. Located right in the center of town.

Contact me for pricing and availability for private and/or small-group instruction. Private classes can be sequenced to meet your request. I am also available to lead mindfulness meditation practices, and I offer teacher training and continuing education for teachers as approved by Yoga Alliance.
