Practicing 108 Sun Salutations is a meditative practice that connects the body, the mind, and the universe specifically when nature is undergoing a change. We rise to honor the heavens and bow humbly to the Earth with the awareness that we are the conduit between the two. It's an amazing experience as the group energy carries you through and is uniting!"
